Logical Timber’s Fade and Stain Warranty is your guarantee to a durable deck boasting lasting lustre.
If your deck suffers any fading or staining within your Warranty period, you may claim to either replace the affected decking boards, or receive a refund.
For full terms and conditions applicable to your specific product, please refer to the original document you received after registering your Warranty.
To be eligible for claiming under our Fade and Stain Warranty, please place your claim within 30 days of damage to your decking.
The below list of requirements need to be forwarded to us to ensure a smooth claiming process:
1.
A numbered list of all pieces being claimed for, including the size of each piece.

Photographs of all damaged pieces that are being claimed for.
3.
Proof of purchase for the Product.
4.
Proof of Warranty
5.
An invoice plus receipt to confirm that the Product underwent in-depth cleaning by a professional cleaning service.

Once we’ve received all your claim documentation, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.
Depending on the extent of damage, we’ll either refund the appropriate pro rata portion of the purchase price you paid, or replace the affected decking boards.
Your Logical Timber Fade and Stain Warranty cannot cover any of the
below scenarios:
1.
If your decking wasn’t installed according to our installation guidelines, and in adherence to all local and national building regulations.
1.
Damage caused by acts of God or war, chemical or biological factors, and physical abuse.
3.
Misuse, subjected to abnormal conditions in residential or commercial use, or surface damage or punctures.
4.
Being used or treated in any other way not intended by Logical Timber, including, but not limited to being painted, coated or modified.
5.
Exposure to extreme heat of more than 120 degrees, caused by either an indirect or direct source.
